The HSE don't approve courses, however all of our courses are mapped to their requirements.
Can I have a copy of the course workbook, Instructor guide, assessment paperwork?
Lantra Awards doesn't distribute copies of training materials until the course has been booked, as a security measure.
Can I increase Learner numbers above the maximum listed for the course?
Lantra Awards will consider requests to increase learner numbers on courses, but as a rule won't agree an increase to a course with a practical element.
Can I replace NVQ/SVQ Certificates
The charge for replacements is £15.00+VAT (£18). We require a written request confirming the candidate name, date of birth and personal address and the reason for the replacement. The replacement will be marked Replacement Certificate, this is a requirement for all regulated qualifications, unless the original certificate is returned to Lantra Awards.
Can I run a course over a longer period of time than that stated in the materials?
Yes if you feel learners need extra time to complete a course then you just need to book as normal providing the correct start/finish dates.
If you require the certificate to state the increased number of days then you will need to write your request on the certificate claim form.
