Sally has been working with Sector Schemes for the last 12 years initially with the National Fencing Training Authority. Then transferred to Lantra, subsequently moving to Lantra Awards in 1999.
Sally works with industry's including the Highway Agency to benchmark and standardise to a national standard from formal qualifications to bespoke training courses and assessment criteria.
