- First Aid (First Aid at Work, Emergency and Paediatric)
- Enterprise Skills (Diversification, Marketing, Business Planning, Finance)

Since starting with Lantra Awards in 2002, Claire has steadily increased her portfolio of courses. Working closely with many organisations such as BAGMA (British Agricultural and Garden Machinery Association), Landrover Experience, ATV Manufacturers, DSA and the HSE as well as a group of technical advisors, this allows her to ensure that materials are up to date and the needs of the market are being met.
Claire is also responsible for overseeing the Customised Award business of Lantra Awards, which allows providers to gain an awarding body certificate for courses that they are delivering to a niche market.
