(National Highway Sector Scheme) Schedule of Suppliers

What is the Schedule of Suppliers?
The Schedule of Suppliers is a list of suppliers approved against one or more National Highway Sector Scheme. The public website address is www.scheduleofsuppliers.com

How can my company be added to the Schedule of Suppliers?
The company needs to become approved for one or more National Highway Sector Scheme. The Sector Scheme Documents (SSDs) are available from www.ukas.com and list which accredited Certification Bodies can approve the supplier. Once approved, the supplier completes a submission form and returns it with a copy of their SSD approval certificate.

My company has been approved to carry out Sector Scheme work and we need to register with the Schedule of Suppliers
You would need to email NHSSscheduleofsuppliers@lantra-awards.co.uk to request a company submission form and information on how to become listed on the Schedule.

Is there a charge to register on the Schedule of Suppliers?
There is no charge to be added to the Schedule of Suppliers. There is however a subscription fee which the company can choose to pay to show their details on the public Schedule of Suppliers website www.scheduleofsuppliers.com . The full Schedule of Suppliers is held by Lantra Awards and clients or Sector Scheme committees can check this list with the Customer Service team. The external website can be checked by any external party to confirm which suppliers are approved to operate which Sector Schemes and in which regions.

The fees for subscription to the external website are:
50+VAT for the first occurrence of each Sector Scheme (i.e. the Head Office)
10+VAT for each additional occurrence against each Scheme (i.e. a branch approved for the same scheme. If a branch is approved for a scheme the Head Office is not approved for, this is charged at 50+VAT, not 10 )
