How much is a replacement certificate cost?
A replacement technical awards certificate and card is £12.92 (Inc. VAT). If the
course was taken more than 5 years ago (or 3 years in the case of
First Aid training),
the certificate would then no longer be valid and the candidate would need to take
refresher training.
If the training was taken within 5 years we would need written request for replacement
certificate and we would need either: a) the HO number of the course the candidate
attended & their name and address along with a cheque or postal order for £12.92
made payable to Lantra Awards or; b) the candidate’s name and address,
details of the training provider, the dates of the course taken and the instructors
name, along with the cheque or postal order for £12.92 made payable to Lantra Awards.
Do I get a Lantra Awards Skills Identity Card for an Attendance course?
No, Lantra cards are only issued for Integrated Training and Assessment (ITA) courses
& only if the candidate has sent in a photo.
A candidate has received his ITA certificate, can they send a photo in to get
a Lantra Awards Skills Identity Card at a later date? Yes, the candidate needs to give the training provider 2 passport photos with their name & Course
HO Number. The training provider can then post or email us the photos.
How much notice must a training provider give to order a course?
10 Working days, if the order is placed within 5 working days or less there will be a late order charge. It takes 3 working days for delivery from the date of despatch of the materials.
Please note that materials for orders placed before 2.30pm each day will be despatched
the following working day. Orders are processed only once per day after this time.
What is the late order charge?
£25.00 – this is a charge to cover the extra administration that is involved
in sending a parcel out for next day delivery. Please note that this charge does
not guarantee delivery of materials in time for the course taking place. We will
however endeavour to make sure
it arrives as soon as possible. Can I buy a workbook
separately? We only supply course materials to our registered training providers
and materials can only be obtained by participating in a Lantra Awards course, booked
through a registered Lantra Awards training provider.
How long do Training Providers have to return course materials for booked places?
28 days from the end date of the course.
