National Highway Sector Scheme Questions I have not received a card that has been requested (VRS, TM, TSCO or CSCS)
First contact the Centre where the training or assessment was carried out to ensure the submission has been sent to Lantra Awards (not applicable to TSCO or CSCS orders). Lantra Awards works to a 15 working day turnaround from the date of receipt and issues all certificates and cards to the Centre (VRS & TM) or customer (TSCO & CSCS). We are currently experiencing a large volume of applications and our turnaround time has been substantially delayed. If you are waiting on a card and would like to know the status of your card application please email sector.schemes@lantra-awards.co.uk for more information.
