National Highway Sector Scheme Questions I have not received a card that has been requested (VRS, TM, TSCO or CSCS)
First contact the Centre where the training or assessment was carried out to ensure the submission has been sent to Lantra Awards (not applicable to TSCO or CSCS orders). Lantra Awards works to a 10 working day turnaround from the date of receipt and issues all certificates and cards to the Centre (VRS & TM) or customer (TSCO & CSCS).

I am looking to get a card
Which sort of card do you need?

  • Traffic Management & Vehicle Restraint Systems cards - You need to contact an approved Lantra Awards Centre, please refer to the current list of centres
  • TSCO cards - To get the TSCO card, you need to successfully completed the 12A Foreman course (please note that this is only the training requirement for the card, additional experience checks should be made by the client to ensure the candidate is appropriate for the role of TSCO). You can request a copy of the TSCO application form by contacting the Customer Service team: awards@lantra-awards.co.uk
  • FISS/CSCS cards - Note that depending upon the level of the card you need to apply for, there will be different training and assessment requirements which need to be completed prior to applying for the card. To request a FISS/CSCS application pack please contact the Customer Service team: awards@lantra-awards.co.uk
  • TM/CSCS cards - To get the TM/CSCS card the candidate needs to have completed sector scheme Traffic Management training and/or assessment and have completed the CITB health & safety test. To request a TM/CSCS application pack please contact the Customer Service team: awards@lantra-awards.co.uk


I need to check a candidate record
Lantra Awards can confirm the training or assessment on a candidate record where it relates to a National Highway Sector Scheme, although we are unable to confirm any other personal details due to data protection requirements.

I need to order Traffic Management Log Books
We will require a written request stating the required number of log books, the scheme type (12A/B, 12C or 12D), the despatch address and a cheque for the order made payable to Lantra Awards Ltd. Log books cost 45.00+VAT (52.88) each.
