We recently wrote to a number of instructors who are due to undertake a training audit visit (TAV) as a routine part of our quality assurance model and requested that these instructors notify the Quality & Standards (Monitoring) Team of any forthcoming courses whether provisional or booked . Thank you to all instructors who have been in touch and given upcoming dates of courses, we have made a good start to update your instructor quality assurance record and have many visits organised over the next few months.
As a reminder to those who have not yet responded, please remember that the active status of your skills is at risk if you do not inform us of either your course dates or make contact with the team to say otherwise. We must ensure standards are kept to a high level across the board and good communication between the Quality Assurance team and instructors is paramount. If you received our letter in November and haven’t already given us your course dates or made contact, please do so as soon as you can.
If you have any questions about your training audit visit, please do not hesitate to contact the Quality & Standards (Monitoring) Team via the usual methods.
