Vince Holley celebrates his 21st
Vince Holley, known to many Lantra Awards customers, instructors and training providers for the Instructional Techniques courses that he has presented over a number of years, will be celebrating his 21st year of training in July 2010.
Vince first ran a training course in 1989 with the Dale Carnegie organisation, the world’s leading training organisation specialising in the presentation of personal development programmes. During this time, Vince won the ‘Instructor of the Year’ award, based on client satisfaction and graduation results.
Moving to Lantra Sector Skills Council, he became responsible for the delivery of a variety of courses specialising in ‘Train the Trainer’ events before starting AtLast! Training in 2003 with his Lantra Awards colleague Bob White. The AtLast! business continues to go from strength to strength with an impressive client list including Lantra Awards.
Vince’s motto ‘throw your heart through the training room door and the rest of you will follow’ will be familiar to those who have been on the receiving end of his unique style of training.
