Royal Mail strikes
As you may be aware from recent reports in the national press, Royal Mail workers are planning a series of strike action between Wed 25th July - Wed 8th August. This will unfortunately mean that both delivery and collections from Lantra Awards will be affected, which in turn will affect our turnaround time for Certificates and Cards. Normal service will resume following Wednesday 8th August.
This could mean that there may be a slight backlog of post at Lantra Awards, which will be rectified as soon as possible. We can assure you of our best efforts at all times to try to keep any delay in turnaround times to a minimum.
All course materials will be sent as normal via courier this will remain unaffected.
