In order to minimise any disruption to the department, Jessica Consolaro has been promoted to the role of Supervisor for Sector Schemes and Qualifications. Jessica will work alongside Alec Hands, the Supervisor for Technical Awards, to ensure that the department maintains the service levels in all areas of training and qualifications.
Jessica joined Lantra Awards in 2004 with the Sector Schemes department and, following a period of time working in other roles in Lantra Awards after maternity leave, brings with her a wide range of skills and experience which will benefit both the team and our customers.
Lantra Awards is currently in the process of recruiting for the Customer Service Manager position on a temporary six month contract. The appointee will be supported by both Alec and Jessica.
