National Highway Sector Schemes
The Sector Scheme section of the Lantra Awards website includes:
Sector schemes are quality management schemes developed in partnership with key organisations in the highways industry, including the Highways Agency.
Sector schemes complement BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and specify the training that operatives must recieve to ensure they work safely and to the highest standards, Some sector schemes do not involve training of operatives, but deal with product conformity.
We develop courses in:
- 2A General Fencing
- 2B Vehicle Restraint Systems
- 2C Enviornmental Barriers
- 5A Manufacture of Parapets
- 5B Installation of Parapets
- 12A/B Static Temporary Road Closures (High Speed Roads and Dual Carriageways)
- 12C Mobile Lane Closures
- 12D Temporary Traffic Management (Rural and Urban Roads).
