Qualification and Credit Framework (QCF) Update
Training Providers and Employers can now access free leaflets and other useful information about the QCF direct from the Qualifications and Curriculum Development Agency (QCDA) . A range of leaflets and presentations have been developed to assist employers; learning providers and other educational professionals.
The QCF animation and guidance materials can also be downloaded in order to help providers explain and deliver QCF provision.

Regulated qualifications are defined by those products that are approved via Ofqual and SQA and are subject to the rules and regulations that underpin minimum U.K. standards.
This is the key difference between Lantra Awards qualifications and its other provision such as Technical Awards and Customised provision as these areas of work are not regulated in the same manner.
